Abstract/Citation: Establishes Labour Courts (the Courts shall be of two instances: Regional Courts and a National Court). Provides for the appointment of judges and representatives of the public, composition of regional courts and the National Court, jurisdition, appeal, arbitration, hearings and for related matters. Consequential amendments to the National Insurance Law (Consolidated Version) 5728-1968, the Discharged Soldier (Reinstatement in Employment) Law, 5709-1949, the Wage Protection Law, 5718-1958, the Labour Inspection (Organisation) Law, 5714-1954, the Hours of Work and Rest Law, 5711-1951, the Male and Female Workers (Equal Pay) Law, 5724-1964, and the Annual Leave Law, 5711-1951.
