Abstract/Citation: |
An Ordinance to amend the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance. Requires the person having the management of a "notifiable workplace" (as defined in the Ordinance) to notify the Commissioner for Labour of particulars of the operations to be carried on at the workplace; empowers the Commissioner to prohibit operations in a workplace not considered suitable in respect of the safety, health and welfare of the employees; and prescribes penalties for contraventions. |
