An Act to further amend the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes Act 1948 and the Employees' Provident Funds Act 1952 [LS 1952 - Ind. 2 A]. No. 16. Miscellaneous amendments; inter alia, inserts a new Second Schedule in the first Act (Coal Mines Family Pension Scheme) and a new Schedule III in the second Act (Family Pension Scheme).
