Abstract/Citation: Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 [LS 1966 - USA 1 (consolidation)] to increase the minimum wage rate under that Act, to expand the coverage of the Act, and for other purposes. Inter alia, amends sections 2, 6, 7 and 13 (domestic workers) and 12 and 16 (child labor) of the Act, and sections 11 and 16 of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (LS 1967 - USA 1).
