Abstract/Citation: The Labor Code was renumbered in 2015 following the adoption of the 2011 Act allowing the employment of night workers thereby repealing section 130 and 131 of Presidential Decree No. 442, as amended, otherwise known as the Labor Code of the Philippines (R.A. No. 10151). This amendment introduced a new Chapter V into Book 3 of the Code regulating night work. The new Books and Chapters are as follows:
