Abstract/Citation: Act to provide for the establishment and maintenance of manpower training schemes and institutions; to provide for the research and planning of manpower resources; to provide for the imposition of a levy and the establishment of a fund to finance manpower development and for other purposes; to establish the National Manpower Advisory Council; to repeal the Apprenticeship Training and Skilled Manpower Development Act [Chapter 266] and the Vocational Education and Training Act, 1978; and to provide for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.
