| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the principles for conducting a referendum, regulates relations related to the right to participate in a referendum, issues submitted to a referendum, the procedure for submitting a draft to a referendum, publishing a draft submitted to a referendum, appointing, organizing, summing up the results of a referendum, entry into force acts submitted to a referendum and the deposit of referendum documents. The Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 12, 2001 ZR-225 "On Referendum" is repealed. |
