Government Decision no. 397/2011 for the approval of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, the structure and the limit staff of its central apparatus and Government Decision no. 694/2017 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection, with subsequent amendments, are repealed.
