| Abstract/Citation: | The Regulations implement the 2009 amendment to Law No. 31 of 2004 on Fisheries to set out the regulations concerning fishers’ Work Agreements, which are to regulate the employment relationship between fishers and the owners, operators or skippers of fishing vessels or with agents of fishers and includes employment requirements, employability security, wage security, health insurance, accidents and disasters insurance, safety insurance and legal ordinances. |
