Abstract/Citation: This Regulation shall apply to work in which the factor used or present poses or is likely to present an increased risk of cancer. It also applies to mutagenic substances used or present at work. It does not apply to the control of tobacco smoke and the associated risk of cancer in the environment.

The list and register of those exposed to substances and methods that pose a risk of cancer in their profession is to be regulated separately.
