Abstract/Citation: An Act to amend the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977, to render unlawful, in certain circumstances, discrimination on the ground of a persons's physical impairment, to constitute and specify the functions of the Equal Opportunity Tribunal and for certain other purposes. No. 15. Inter alia, inserts a new Part IVA (Discrimination on the ground of physical impairment) in the 1977 Act.
