The entire Civil Code has been adapted to the new constitutional situation, with the exception of those parts for which the government plans to implement innovations in the coming years. This is the tenth title of Book 7A. Under that national ordinance, Book 3 Old Dutch Civil Code has been renumbered as Book 7A.
