| Abstract/Citation: | A LAW to make new provision about sexual offences, to amend the law relating to certain sexual acts, to amend the Sex Offenders (Jersey) Law 2010, and for connected purposes. Repeals the following laws: (a) the Loi (1895) modifiant le droit criminel[36]; (b) the Loi (1915) modifiant le droit criminel[37]; (c) the Loi (1938) modifiant le droit criminel (sodomie et bestialité); (d) the Sexual Offences (Jersey) Law 2007[39]. |
