Abstract/Citation: The Act incorporates the Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 November 2003 concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time into Hungarian legal system.
Article 1. Amendment to the Labour Code I/2012: definition of working day and working week, distribution of working and rests days throughout week.
