| Abstract/Citation: | From January 2019, all owners of enterprises/establishments covered by the provisions of the Labour Law shall pay wages to workers/employees 2 (two) times per month in which the first payment shall be made in the 2nd (second) week and the second payment shall be made in the 4th (fourth) week of each month as per the following formalities: - First time is 50% (fifty percent) of the net wage per 1 (one) month. - Second time is the remaining net wage, other remunerations and benefits that the workers/employees have received in each month. |
