| Abstract/Citation: | The purpose of this regulation is to establish safety requirements for the use of hand and power tools for the prevention and reduction of work-related accidents. This regulation contain 3 chapters and 85 articles. The first chapter contains the definitions used in the text of the regulation. The second chapter introduces general safety requirements for a variety of hand tools and power tools. Chapter Three specifies safety requirements of tools include electric tools, pneumatic tools, combustion tools, powder actuated tools and hydraulic tools. |
