| Abstract/Citation: | This Decree deals with the recruitment and employment conditions of domestic workers working in the United Arab Emirates. It contains provisions concerning employment contracts, payment of wages, debt repayment, weekly and daily rest times, annual leave, sick leave and sick leave compensation, employees obligations, occupational safety and health, dispute resolution, termination of the contract, end of service compensation and penalties. |
