| Abstract/Citation: | The Act amends Sections 75 and 76 of the Code increasing the age of criminal liability from eight to twelve years old. The amendment extends this a litte by stating that a child between the ages of twelve and fourteen who has « not sufficient maturity of understanding » is also excepted from criminal liabilty. |
