Scope of the law: applies all universities and higher education and research centers covered by the Ministries of Science, Research and Technology, Health and Medical Education, University of Cultural Sciences, Universities and Non-Governmental Institutes of Higher Education and Research.
The Law defines the methods for acceptance of the students:
Centralized examination - 50%
Research records - 20%
Scientific Interviews and Practical Measurement - (30%)
