| Abstract/Citation: | Rephrases paragraph 8 of article 23 (Land easements) which deals with the right of land owner or trustee of the state-owned land to apply for reimbursement for the losses incurred due to an easement. Namely regulates the procedure of applying for reimbursement and the reimbursement itself, establishing that the amount of the incurred losses and the time limit for reimbursement thereof shall be settled by agreement between the owners of the dominant and servient objects or the trustees of the state-owned land. |
