Abstract/Citation: Article 2 amends article 9 by replacing phrase 6 with new phrase (6a) regarding the calculation of the time period during which it is prohibited to provide an advance notice to an employee on leave of absence of maximum 12 months due to incapacity for work, and with new phrase (6b) regarding the conditions under which the employer can replace the employee on leave of absence of maximum 12 months due to incapacity for work.
