| Abstract/Citation: | Being an Act to establish the National Youth Service and to provide for other related matters. The Act provides that any service corp who becomes a member of any trade union shall have his name automatically struck off from the service register (section 48). Laws governing employers and employees shall not be applicable to service corps (section 49). |
