| Abstract/Citation: | The law contains provisions to improve safety in the workplace work, systematic use of qualified persons in the field of safety and prevention of work-related accidents, as well as for the protection of human and material resources. The law also defines conditions for allocation of the official responsible for the work safety regulations including documents to be submitted by the official, and safety regulations training to be undertaken. |
