Second Region

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at regulating certain fishing activities. It prohibits fishing with the following tools: gill nets with three layers, nets made of nylon (monofilament), nets for benthic trawling and cast nets. It prohibits fishing with: trawls in waters deeper than 10 meters; air rifle fishing during the breeding season; a long string non-conforming to the specifications determined by the competent department at the Ministry of Environment; some types of depth fishing with the use of rifles and cylinders; and mesh nets below the permitted measures (indicated in detail).
