Amends the Laws N° 109(I), 135(I), 173(I) and 195(I) of 2014 and 3(I) of 2015 providing for the Minimum Guaranteed Income and generally on Social Allowances.

Article 2 of the present Law amends article 2, by complementing the definition of the term "disabled persons".

Article 3 amends the wording of 2nd and 3rd phrases of article 4 and supplements its 2nd phrase with new paragraph (g) under the 2nd phrase, worded as follows: "person who faces special personal conditions, provided that these are confirmed by a competent authority, and who does not fall within the cases of paragraphs (a) to (e)".

Article 4 supplements article 5 by adding new sub-paragraph (vi) under paragraph (a) of 1st phrase, worded as follows: "person who is able to apply by virtue of paragraph (g) of 2nd phrase of article 4".

Article 5 amends article 8 by adding new phrase in the reservation of the 2nd phrase worded as follows: "without taking into consideration the alimony required for persons accommodated in shelters or institutions"; by deleting the 1st reservation of paragraph (b) of 3rd phrase and by deleting the word "further" from the 2nd reservation of paragraph (b) of 3rd phrase.

Article 6 amends article 12 by adding, under the 1st phrase, a new reservation regarding the computation of the income resulting from a pension provided by the social security fund, and by adding, under the 2nd phrase, new paragraph (h) worded as follows: "the monthly honorary allowance granted by the Ministry of Education and Culture to highly educated people and people of arts".

Article 7 amends article 13 by adding, within paragraph (a), new phrase regarding the exclusion from computation of the immovable property, as well as new reservation regarding procedural matters; by replacing the 1st and 2nd reservation of paragraph (a) with new ones, regarding procedural matters; by supplementing paragraph (b) with new reservations regarding the exclusion from computation of any financial elements of the applicant, or of any other member of the family unit, that are not available for appropriation, as well as regarding procedural matters and by amending the wording of the 2nd and 3rd reservations of paragraph (b).

Article 8 adds new article 13A regulating the authorization granted to the Chief of the Service for the reception of information from authorized financial institutions.

Article 9 supplements article 14, by adding new reservation concerning the computation of any alienation of immovable or/and movable property or/and financial elements.

Article 10 supplements article 15, by adding new reservation concerning the composition of the family unit.

Article 11 supplements paragraph (c) of 1st phrase of article 16, by adding new reservation, regarding the conditions for increasing the monthly allowance with regard to persons with disability and the percentage of such increase depending on the degree of such disability.

Article 12 amends the wording of phrases 2, 5 and 8 of article 32.

Article 13 supplements article 39, by adding new phrase (6), which, starting from the date of entry into force of the Law N° 118(I) of 2015 providing for the Minimum Guaranteed Income and generally on Social Allowances (Amendment N° 2), provides for the possibility for persons receiving low pensions to apply for minimum guaranteed income, in case they did not do so according to the provisions of the article 35, for insurmountable personal reasons or for serious health reasons.

Article 14 sets the date into force of the present Law as of 1/8/2015, except for paragraph (b) of article 5, which is in force since 11/7/2014.
