Abstract/Citation: In accordance with para 7 of article 18.1 of the Federal Law on the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in the RF, establishes the rules of conducting monitoring of situation in the labour market in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The rules regulates the procedure for monitoring conducted by the RF Ministry of Labour and Social Protection with the aim of sustenance of optimal balance of labour resources. Monitoring includes collection of information and analysis of the situation in the labour market taking into notice the level social tension in the labour market, the portion of foreign labour force in the economically active part and in the employed part of the population. Appendices 1, 2 establish the methodology of calculation of the indices of monitoring and forms of data.
