Lov (Nr 30 av 2015) om endringer i sjøloven (Nr 39 av 1994).
Abstract/Citation
Introduces a new chapter 11 concerning liability for damage caused by dangerous goods according to the International Convention on Liability and Compensation for Damage in Connection with the Carriage of Hazardous and Noxious Substances by Sea (HNS, 1996 as amended by the Protocol of 2010).
Amends article 173 ss.2, article 175 ss.1-3, article 82b ss.1, article 193 on regulations concerning liability in case of transport of dangerous goods.
