Introduces wording changes to sub-paragraph 2.1 of article 17 (Worker) supplementing it with new sub-paragraph 2.2 on the involvement of minors below the age of 14 in art, media, entertainment employment; to the title of article 84 which now reads: "Content of the individual legal act, employment contract about admission to work", to part 1 of the same article; to part 1 of article 85 (Procedure of conclusion of employment contract); to part 1 of article 89 (Documents required at the admission to work) supplementing it with new sub-paragraphs 1.1, 1.2. Adds new sentence to part 1 of article 94 (Types of employment contract), new sub-paragraph 7 to part 3 of article 95 (Employment contract concluded for a certain period of time), new sub-paragraph 1.1 to article 170 (Remuneration for unused annual vacation).
Rephrases part 2 of article 105 (Changing essential conditions of work); article 128 (Termination of employment contract in case of death of employee who is physical entity); part 1 of article 140 (Short duration of working time); article 201.1 (Professional training provided by employer).
Also makes minor changes in the wording of articles 4, 5, 14, 20, 91, 93, 99, 102, 106, 109, 113, 114, 115, 116, 120, 121, 124, 129, 130, 142, 143, 144, 148, 149, 154, 159, 161, 162, 164, 167, 168, 169, 178, 179, 183, 192, 193, 194, 195, 214, 217, 228, 263.
Repeals article 90; part 2 of article 146 (Duration of overtime work).
Article 9 of this law enters into force on 1 January, 2017.
