Abstract/Citation: Introduces to the Act new sections 4a and 5a concerning regard to working abroad and upper age limit for the alternation leave.

Amends section 3 p.1, section 4 ss.1 and ss.6-9, sections 11, 13, 17 and 18 concerning definitions, work history as conditions for job alternation leave, job alternation leave length, accrual of job alternation leave and extension of the agreed job alternation leave, alternation agreement, temporary staff, effects of termination of substitute's employment, right to job alternation leave compensation, employment policy statement and notification obligation. Sections as amended by Acts 1254/2006, 1127/2007, 1054/2008, 925/2012, 1002/2012 and 17 as it reads in the Acts 1127/2007.
