Abstract/Citation: Introduces a new ss.4 to section 90, a new section 91a, a new ss.2 to section 101 (whereas the present ss.2 becomes a new ss.3) and a new ss.2 to section 184 (as amended by Act 1427/2011) concerning survivor's pension, application for pension and decisions on the allocation of costs.

Amends section 36, section 88 ss.1 and ss.2, section 89 ss.2, section 91 ss.3, section 159 (as amended by Act 1164/2007) concerning investigation of rehabilitation opportunities, survivor's pension and enforcement of employment pension insurance fee.

Repeals section 91 ss.4.
