| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces new ss. 2-4 to section 91 (whereas the present ss.2 becomes a new ss.5) and a new ss.2 to section 98 (whereas the present ss.2-4 becomes new ss.3-5) concerning adjustment of the survivor's pension and the pension application. Sections as amended by Acts 1293/2006, 1293/2006 and 1177/2011. Amends section 22, section 88 ss.1 and ss.3, section 91 ss.1, section 134 ss.1 concerning ensuring opportunities for rehabilitation, reduction of survivor's pension, recovery of fees and prescription of the claim about the fee. Sections as amended by Act 1293/2006 and 461/2008. |
