| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces to chapter 1 a new section 3 ss.1 p.10 (as partially amended by Act 1050/2013) and to chapter 7 a new section 15 concerning definitions and wage subsidy in the form of grants designated governmental agencies and institutions. Amends chapter 1 section 3 ss.1 p.8 and p.9, section 3 ss.2, chapter 4 section 7 ss.2 p.1, chapter 7 section 1-8, section 9 ss.1-4, section 9 ss.5, section 10-14, chapter 8, section 4 ss.1, chapter 11 (title) and chapter 11 section 1 ss.1-3, chapter 12 section 6 ss.3 and chapter 14 section 1 ss.3 p.2 concerning general regulations, information and counseling, peer review, guidance on career choices and career, training and testing, wage subsidy, support for the introduction and development of entrepreneurial activity, employment obligation and the additional support granted to municipalities, implementation of public employment and in business and related cooperation, application for amendments, maintenance for the introduction and development of entrepreneurial activity, employment obligation and the additional support granted to municipalities, implementation of public employment and in business and other related cooperation and appeals. Sections as amended by Acts 390/2014, 390/2014, 1050/2013 and 10/2014. Repeals chapter 11 section 3 and chapter 12 section 9. |
