| Abstract/Citation: | Introduces a new section 6 and section 10 (as amended by Act 1370/2014) to chapter 2a, a new ss.2 to chapter 3 section 1 (as amended by Act 1188/2009 and Act 1049/2013), a new ss.3 to chapter 7, a new section 2 (replacing section 2 repealed by Act 1388/2010) and a new p.19 to chapter 11 section 2 ss.4 (as partially amended by Act 313/2010 and Act 918/2012) concerning labor policy conditions for the recognition of benefits, procedures that are labor policy reprehensible, provisions for labor market support and provisions for enforcement. Amends chapter 1 section 5 ss.1 p.14, chapter 2 section 1 ss.2, section 5 ss.4, section 6 ss.1 p.2, Section 9, Section 11 ss.1, ss.3 (introductory paragraph) and ss.3 p.7, section 13 ss.2 and ss.3, section 15 and 16, chapter 2 section 5 ss.1, section 6 (title) and chapter 2 section 14 ss.4, chapter 3 section 1 (title), chapter 7, section 10 ss.2 p.4, chapter 10 section 2 ss.3 and section 4 ss.1 and chapter 11, section 2 ss.4 p.18, section 4 and section 12 ss.1 and chapter 13 section 1 ss.1 concerning general regulations, labor policy conditions for the recognition of benefits, procedures that are labor policy reprehensible, restrictions on the recognition of benefits, provisions for labor market support, benefits paid during the time of employment services, enforcement and obtaining and disclosure of information.
