| Abstract/Citation: | According to chapter 11, section 4 of the Unemployment Security Act (1290/2002), a labor policy statement must be given without undue delay, however, within 30 days after the applicant has submitted the documentation required. Contains 6 sections concerning, inter alia: Section 1: Deadline for providing a statement. Section 2: How a statement is provided. Section 3: Information on how to arrange the opportunity for rehabilitation, training or employment. Section 4: Information about travel grants. Section 5: Information about training that provides skills. Section 6: Entry into force. |
