Abstract/Citation: The amendment states that the employer will inform the ongoing screening process to the candidate who applied for a position, the period for informing shall be no later than two months from the first day when the screening process began, and every consecutive two months, assuming that the process is continuing. Furthermore, the employer will be required to notify the candidate within 14 days from the day on which another candidate was hired for the same position.
