| Abstract/Citation: | Provides that eligible Qatari nationals permanently residing in Qatar (widows, divorced women, needy families, orphans, disabled persons unable to work, etc) may apply for a pension in accordance with specified procedures. Under Part V (education and vocational training), the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs undertakes to try and make beneficiaries self-reliant notably by enrolling them in vocational training centres, organizing training courses, encouraging them to pursue their education and providing them with assistance in the establishment of small enterprises. |
