INAS (National Insitute for Social Action) Programas 12 Mar 2006, act. 15 mars 2006. This program aims to create an environment of socialization for persons in absolute proved poverty but able to work in order to promote opportunity of socio economic and cultural reintegration in productive activities for self support. The PBST is a transitional program. The recipient works during 18 months in an institution (public or private) and INAS contribute to the payment of wages.
