| The social security system for employees of the state apparatus, whose number is estimated between 110.000 workers, covers all officials of the state apparatus throughout the country and it is administrated by the Ministry of Finance. While part of the benefits depend of the beneficiary past contribution, others (e.g. the blood pension;death allowance) don't. Hence the qualification of the system as partially contributory. |
