  ACUTE HAZARDS PREVENTION FIRE FIGHTING
FIRE & EXPLOSION Not combustible but enhances combustion of other substances.    NO contact with flammables.    In case of fire in the surroundings, use appropriate extinguishing media.  In case of fire: keep drums, etc., cool by spraying with water. 

 AVOID ALL CONTACT! AVOID EXPOSURE OF (PREGNANT) WOMEN! IN ALL CASES CONSULT A DOCTOR! 
  SYMPTOMS PREVENTION FIRST AID
Inhalation Cough. Sore throat.  Use ventilation, local exhaust or breathing protection.  Fresh air, rest. Refer for medical attention. 
Skin Redness. Pain.  Protective gloves. Protective clothing.  Remove contaminated clothes. Rinse skin with plenty of water or shower. 
Eyes Redness. Pain.  Wear safety goggles or eye protection in combination with breathing protection.  First rinse with plenty of water for several minutes (remove contact lenses if easily possible), then refer for medical attention. 
Ingestion Abdominal pain. Nausea. Vomiting.  Do not eat, drink, or smoke during work. Wash hands before eating.  Rinse mouth. Refer for medical attention . See Notes. 

SPILLAGE DISPOSAL CLASSIFICATION & LABELLING
Personal protection: chemical protection suit including self-contained breathing apparatus. Do NOT let this chemical enter the environment. Sweep spilled substance into covered containers. If appropriate, moisten first to prevent dusting. Carefully collect remainder. Then store and dispose of according to local regulations. Do NOT absorb in saw-dust or other combustible absorbents.

Decomposes at 290°C. This produces toxic fumes of nitrogen oxides and lead oxides. The substance is a strong oxidant. It reacts violently with combustible and reducing materials. Reacts violently with ammonium thiocyanate, red-hot carbon and lead hypophosphate.

Routes of exposure
The substance can be absorbed into the body by inhalation of its aerosol and by ingestion. 

Effects of short-term exposure
The substance is irritating to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract. 

Inhalation risk
Evaporation at 20°C is negligible; a harmful concentration of airborne particles can, however, be reached quickly when dispersed, especially if powdered. 

Effects of long-term or repeated exposure
The substance may have effects on the blood, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, liver and nervous system. This may result in anaemia, hypertension, kidney impairment, liver impairment, convulsions and paralysis. This substance is possibly carcinogenic to humans. Causes serious reproductive toxicity in humans.

The substance is toxic to aquatic organisms. The substance may cause long-term effects in the aquatic environment. Bioaccumulation of this chemical may occur in marine organisms and terrestrial organisms. It is strongly advised not to let the chemical enter into the environment because it is persistent.
