Abstract
The WEDE Baseline Survey reports on the socio-economic situation of income-poor women. It also reports on the assistance provided to them by seven NGOs. The NGOs provided micro credit for income generating activities and developing small and medium-scale enterprises. The women also recieved training from the NGOs.
