Abstract
This methodological Guide aims to provide a description of the systems studied and an appreciation of their manner of operation. It does not seek to evaluate the systems, neither in terms of impact, nor in terms of efficiency of the health sector. The Guide is primarily destined for those responsible for implementing case studies. It will indicate precisely the information to be collected. In the same way, the user will find precise information on how to elaborate the analysis report.
