Under the provisions of the Working Environment Act (CIS 85-593), paragraphs 14 and 30, this directive (effective 1 January 1990) provides a list of the industries where workplaces are obliged to provide company health services. This obligation does not apply in cases where employees work 15 hours a week or less, or where seasonal workers are employed for less than 5 months a year.
