CIS 01-1274 Health and Safety - The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2001 [United Kingdom]
These regulations update and replace previous versions of Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations (last to be abstracted: CIS 00-604). They determine the fees payable by an applicant to the Health and Safety Executive in respect of an application made under various British Acts and Regulations for the approval of protective equipment, safety examinations, licences etc. The regulations also fix the fees to be paid in respect of medical examinations and surveillance by an employment medical adviser, required under certain relevant statutory provisions. These Regulations do not apply in Northern Ireland.

CIS 89-357 Health and Safety - The Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 1988 [United Kingdom]
These regulations update and replace the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 1987. They determine the fees payable by an applicant to the Health and Safety Executive in respect of an application made for: approvals under mines and quarries legislation; approvals of certain respiratory protective equipment, blasting helmets, automatic safe load indicators and type approval radiation generators or apparatus containing radioactive substances; a licence under the Asbestos (Licensing) Regulations 1983, the Explosives Act 1875, the Petroleum (Consolidation) Act 1928, the Gas Cylinders (Conveyance) Regulations 1931, etc. The regulations also fix the fees to be paid in respect of medical examinations and surveillance by an employment medical adviser, required under certain relevant statutory provisions. Schedules contain the exact amounts to be paid under various points of the Regulations. These Regulations do not apply in Northern Ireland.
