Occupational Health and Safety (Promotion) Act, 1994 - Work Place (First Aid) Regulations, 1995 [Malta]
These Regulations (effective: 1 Jan. 1996) require employers to maintain first aid boxes, to ensure the presence of first aiders and to provide first aid rooms for their employees. The Factories (First Aid) Regulations, 1949 are repealed.
