Abstract International chemical safety card. Short term exposure effects: corrosive to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract; corrosive on ingestion; pulmonary oedema; visual function disorders. Long term exposure effects: dermatitis. Occupational exposure limits: TLV for n-butylamine: 5ppm, 15mg/m3 (as ceiling) (skin) (ACGIH 1990-1992). MAK: 5ppm, 15mg/m3, I,H (1990).
