| Abstract |
English translation of the Law (31 March 1960, as amended till 1983) and Enforcement Ordinance (of 31 Mar. 1960, as amended till 1985) on the diagnosis and prevention of pneumoconiosis (including a classification of radiographic appearances); responsibilities for prevention and education; health surveillance; establishment of a Pneumoconiosis Council within the Ministry of Labour; provision of governmental aid to enterprises for the purpose of pneumoconiosis prevention and control. The Enforcement Ordinance provides further details on the classification of pneumoconiosis, on medical examination techniques, on medical surveillance. In annex: list of work tasks entailing a risk of pneumoconiosis. |
