| Abstract |
These regulations are amendments to the principal regulations issued 1983 under the authority of the Explosives and Dangerous Goods Act 1961 (see CIS 89-378). 35 principal regulations are amended, inserted, repealed or substituted. Schedule 2 is amended, including 3 new class labels. Schedule 5 is repealed and replaced by a new schedule of ca. 3300 substances (risk class, subsidiary risk label code, emergency action code, pollutant code and packaging group information noted for each). |
