Title Assessment of occupational exposure to 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (methylene dianiline) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of urine
Bibliographic information Sep. 1986, Vol.43, No.9, p.620-625. Illus. 21 ref.
Abstract Description of a new specific and sensitive analytical method used for the monitoring of workers exposed to 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (DDM). The method involves the isolation and identification of a major urinary metabolite of DDM, i.e. one of its N-acetyl conjugates. This determination method is judged to be particularly useful where the main exposure pathway is not inhalation.
