| Abstract |
Young persons over the age of 13 may be employed during their school holidays to peform work which presents no danger to their health, provided that the following restrictions are observed: satisfactory microclimate and lighting for work indoors; no assembly-line work; no piece work; no exposure to corrosive, toxic or otherwise harmful substances; not more than 40 h a week; no work on Sundays or holidays. A list specifying the types of work permitted to young persons is appended. |
