| Abstract |
Investigation of a report of a high prevalence rate of migraine in a group of colour retouchers in a photogravure shop showed the incidence to be no greater than in a control group of page-planners or in a previous large-scale population survey. The author concludes that scientific measurement is advisable before accepting subjective impressions on cause and effect in problems of occupational health. A discussion of the paper is briefly reported. |
